Signet of Creation - What spawning power really needed
The way the current bugged effect (instant cast to all spells, not just binding rituals) is really gives Spawning Power the USEFUL spell it always needed. Spawning power has and always been lacking in usability. Please make this the intended effect or atleast change it so that it requires spirits to activate it. Example: Instant cast to next 3 spells if spirit is in earshot. Sign if you agree with me.

Since it's not elite and doesn't have any downside, it may be overpowered in combination with some skills. As long as theres a meaningful spirit clause it may work.

have it scale and effect ritulist skills only "Instant cast to next 0...3 ritulist spells if spirit is in earshot" to Prevent abuse by Secondary rits

Me and a buddy got a 3-second kill on Master of Damage with 9 instant meteor showers. The game actually lagged out a couple seconds from it.
Now imagine full ritualist team doing 16 meteor showers at once.

I agree that ritualists can still use buffs, but giving them an insanely overpowered skill like this isn't the way to do it.

Well that's two skill fix updates since the day of The Great Signet Buff, so I assume they're not planning on fixing this one until my ritualist reaches L20, Urgoz and gains Meteor Shower.
A new build of Guild Wars is available. And it's really going to make you mad.

It should affect all the other creation skills, not just Ritualist ones, like the Animate spells, Nature rituals and Asura Summons (that actually create Polymock figurines, they do not summon the actual monsters).
Casting 4 Meteor showers in 4 seconds it's a bit too much.

I don't think this is overpowered. In order to cast 4 Meteor Showers in this manner, you are devoting 3 skill slots to glyphs, 1 to Signet of Creation, for a total of 5 skill slots. That doesn't offer much utility!
Also take note that it takes 2 full minutes to clear this exhaustion.

They should leave it like this I think its pretty balanced considering if your a secondary rit you only get 1 insta cast spell every 30 seconds and it gives you a pretty junky secondary.
If you are a rit then you have to spec into spawning powers which at the moment is pretty junky.
Mabye make it so it doesnt effected instant ressing in pvp or something.

This is why PvE players don't do skill balance!
There should never be a reason why you have such an imbalanced skill. PvE needs balance too. This kind of imbalance shouldn't be there.

The way it's bugged right now makes it kinda fun to play my rit. It's a breath of fresh air if U'd ask me. A totally new experience to use multiple-usage-no downside-glyph of sacrifice on a ritualist.

Okay what make this so imbalanced one instant cast spell every 30 second? wow instead of waiting 1-2 second for my skill to cast i can do it instantly once every 30seconds!!!! OMG instant cast meteor shower!!! oh he moved out of the way great...
even if you add it to help your spike you have a useless secondary now
and i do pvp from time to time...
Its now similar to glyph of sacrifice except instead of giving the casted spell an extra 30second recharge the glyph(signet in this case) has the 30 second recharge.

well, it's glitched to cast all spells, I'm sure this will be fixed. Otherwise it's useless now that spirits cast at 1/4s times, the highest being 1second. When it's fixed, it'll be extremely useless, Specially since it doesnt cast "instantly" but at 1/4 second time.
So they nerfed this skill in the same update they buffed it in. GG. I've made a suggestion that it should instead be changed to Recharge, as this would allow you to effective maintain shelter and union, which imo, in HM are pieces of junk. They only last for about 3 seconds, there is just way too much dmg for them to be effective.
